Punched circular holes and oblong “slotted” * holes are available ½” to 1-½” diameters for material ¼” thick to 1” thick**
* Oblong punched holes that cannot be achieved by the ironworker will be torched or plasma cut to the correct specifications required.
** Any punched hole size that is not greater than material thickness will be drilled by either a drill press or Hougen magnetic drill.

- Dedicated Hougen Magnetic drills are available to drill holes from ¼” to 2 ½” diameter holes for material ³⁄₈” to 2 ½” thickness.
- dedicated 90* Hougen Magnetic drill is available to drill holes in areas that are not possible with a normal Hougen Magnetic drill

Custom Saddles
Firestone Fabricators can fabricate saddles* per request of the customer ranging from ⅛” thickness to ¾” thickness. For additional information, please contact Firestone Fabricators via email with drawings to ensure proper understanding of your saddles’ requirements.
* If a required saddle must be fabricated from a solid piece, the maximum thickness allowed for our process is ³⁄₈” and the maximum length is 2’-0”. Sizes greater than ³⁄₈” thick or 2’-0” long will be separate pieces welded together to the required specifications.
Anchor Bolt Templates
Firestone Fabricators can fabricate both anchor bolt templates and base plate templates from both wood* and steel**. For additional information, please contact Firestone Fabricators via email with drawings to ensure proper understanding of your requirements.
* Wooden templates will be made from ½” or ¾” plywood squares.
** Steel templates will be made from ³⁄₁₆” or ¼” steel squares.
